The work that these groups do is vital in helping to preserve our country’s past. From maintaining the fabric of historic buildings to protecting natural sites, they play a crucial role in ensuring that England’s unique history is not lost. In addition to supporting the work of these organisations, we also believe that it is important to visit and enjoy England’s heritage sites. Yes we are VAT registered but listed buildings and other heritage assets are a vital part of our nation’s history and identity. However, the costs of preserving these important structures can be prohibitive. Thankfully, the government offers a range of tax reliefs and there are grants available to help owners meet the costs of conservation. This can make a significant difference to the overall cost of heritage preservation, and it means that listed buildings and other heritage assets can be better protected for future generations. If you own a listed building or other heritage asset, make sure you take advantage of this valuable tax relief. . You can find out more here
